Grocery List


Almost all of the meals we make at home also include salad. If you want to have salad as well, don’t forget to include lettuce, carrots, broccoli, etc. on your list.

Monday: 1/2 lb cube steak (feeds 2), 1 1/2 c flour, Lawry’s Seasoning Salt, pepper, cayenne, 2 eggs, 1/2 c milk, 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1-1/2 c milk, 1 can of corn, 5 lbs russet potatoes, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 c half & half, 1 stick of butter, 4-5 garlic buds (optional for roasted garlic mashed potatoes)

Tuesday: 5-8 tomatoes, onion, 2 cloves garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne, olive oil, 1 quart vegetable stock, bread, butter, cheese

Wednesday: 1 lb hamburger, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 16 oz can stewed tomatoes, 6 oz tomato paste, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp salt, pepper, 1 tsp basil, cayenne, 2 cans of chili beans in sauce, cheese, green onions, Frito’s (optional)

Thursday: Leftover chili from above, hot dogs, hot dog buns, cheese, leftover green onions

Friday: Rice noodles, 1/2 lb shrimp or chicken, tamarind paste, fish sauce, lime, sriracha, sugar, 1 egg, vegetable oil, rice vinegar or distilled white vinegar, peanuts for garnish, bean sprouts for garnish, lime for garnish

Saturday: Eat out

Sunday: Fettuccine noodles, 6 oz shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 stick of butter, 1 pint of half & half, 1 package of Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix, 1/2 lb shrimp or chicken, french bread

Here is the printable grocery list for the week. It looks daunting, but most of the items you already have in your pantry/fridge. Just cross off what you already have, and head to the grocery store. The hard work is done for you!
