As many of you know, Tristyn has been following the Keto diet for a while now. Most of our dinners are Keto friendly or can be adapted to fit a Keto diet.

Spaghetti with Zoodles:
We prepare a HUGE batch of spaghetti sauce in advance using this recipe and freeze it in containers that have just enough for one meal for our family. It takes so much of the prep work out of this meal. I do, however, spiralize my own zucchini using my Kitchen Aid. You can buy handheld spiralizers or you could also try zoodles that are already spiralized. I don’t cook the zucchini at all. Instead, I just toss it into a bowl and pour very hot sauce on top. Then top it with some parmesan cheese and you are good to go.
