As many of you know, Tristyn has been following the Keto diet for about a month now. Most of our dinners are Keto friendly.
Ham & Cheese Omelettes (with leftover ham from Friday)
Pork Carnitas Salad
In a medium sauce pan melt 1 stick of butter, one pint of heavy whipping cream, 6 oz of shredded Parmesan cheese, and 1 package of Good Season’s Italian Seasoning over medium heat. Stir often until it thickens. This is THE BEST Alfredo sauce ever and it’s so easy!
Meanwhile, spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer. Toss them into a bowl and add hot pasta sauce. This will cook the noodles just enough and give them a great texture.
